    Staff not very helpful, made reservations on line and wanted to add a koa card. Called and had to leave a message it took 2 days before anyone called back. They were able to use my card on file to add card. Called 1 week before arrival to make sure reservation was correct, again had to leave message. 3 day later got return call. Said reservation ok. Called again day before to get my balance due. Told $202.00. When I arrived they wanted $ 240.0 I told them I was told $202.00 said they didn’t know why. I asked if they had included my koa disc. they said it was expired. told them I had purchased a new one they said no you didn’t. Staff has no idea what’s going on. At least seven people behind desk the end of the season and they still have no idea how to do there job. Hot tub and pool was filthy. kids running and playing ball in hot tub. Mildew on aluminum fencing around building. This is a corporate owned koa ??? they should close it until they can figure how to hire people who have some brains. I will never return to this place again.
